If you are inquiring about a credit card charge on your account statement, you ordered from one of the restaurants or business we support. If you would like to contact us to verify the charge, please reply to the email receipt you received when you placed the order. We will reply to that email within 1-3 business days.

If you are looking to dispute a charge regarding a service issue, please contact the restaurant directly and they will submit a refund with us to credit your account.
